WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:
- Customer Service Excellence: Answer incoming calls professionally, process customer payments (cash, check, or credit card), and treat all customers with respect.
- Transaction Accuracy: Process orders and pick tickets into invoices, handle customer inventory returns, and ensure all bill of ladings, packing lists, and invoiced tickets are properly scanned and filed.
- Daily Operations: Prepare daily cash deposits, reconcile discrepancies, distribute mail, and assist with office supplies and petty cash management.
- Administrative Support: Provide assistance to the Branch Manager, Sales Team, and Warehouse Team, including running reports and organizing branch events.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and reconcile down payment spreadsheets with necessary adjustments.
OUR MUST HAVES:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administrative position preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems like P21.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
