WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING:

• Answering inquiries via phone and email promptly according to department SOPs.
• Facilitating a seamless customer experience from inquiry to delivery.
• Maintaining strong vendor relationships to enhance product knowledge and meet customer needs efficiently.
• Processing transactions accurately, including orders, quotes, and returns.
• Recommending products based on cost, availability, or specific customer specifications.
• Ensuring accurate and complete data capture in our P-21 system.
• Reviewing P21 portals weekly to stay updated and informed.

OUR MUST HAVES:

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales, with fire protection product knowledge a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• High motivation and competitiveness, with a drive to excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Quick thinking and learning abilities in a fast-paced environment.
